Do you Qualify?

Acceptance Restrictions
  1. At least 18 years old
  2. Not older than 85 years
  3. Weight needs to be under 300 pounds
  4. No Hepatitis B and C
  5. No Tuberculosis
  6. No AIDS/HIV
  7. No active Syphilis or Meningitis
